Timelines are shown on each service page and confirmed per project in the brief. All timelines are in business days. The delivery clock starts when the completed brief is received.
Revision notes returned within 2 business days. Notes should be submitted as comments in the shared Google Doc or as a structured list by email.
All project files archived for 6 months after final delivery. After 6 months, files are deleted. Save your delivered files promptly.
