DivineCopywriter Studio provides custom digital copywriting services. The refund policy reflects the stage of the project at the time of the request.
A full refund is available before the client submits the completed project brief. Email hello@divinecopywriter.com with subject "Refund Request" and your order details. Processed within 7 business days via original payment method.
Once the project brief is submitted and work begins, the fee is non-refundable. If the project is abandoned at the client\'s request, all work completed to that point is delivered.
If the provider fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without reasonable cause, the client may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work.
Delays caused by late briefs, client unresponsiveness, or scope changes do not entitle the client to a refund.
