These Terms govern the relationship between DivineCopywriter Studio (provider, VAT IT01857960338) and the client purchasing services.
The provider offers professional copywriting services delivered digitally. Services include: Conversion Copy Rewrites, Monthly Content Retainer, Course & Programme Copy, Video Script Writing, LinkedIn Profile & Content, and Storytelling & Narrative.
Orders are placed via the package builder and paid via Stripe. Payment is required in full before work begins. Prices are in EUR excluding Italian IVA (22%).
A project brief template is sent within one business day of payment. Work begins when the completed brief is returned. Timelines start from brief receipt.
One revision round is included per project. Revisions address accuracy to the brief. A direction change constitutes a new project. Additional rounds are available at the hourly rate.
Upon full payment and delivery, all intellectual property in the delivered copy transfers to the client. The provider may reference the work for portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise.
The provider\'s liability is limited to the project fee paid. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Italian law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Piacenza, Italy.
