Book and pay

Select your service using the package builder and pay via Stripe. A Stripe receipt arrives immediately. Work does not begin until the brief is returned.

Receive the brief template

Within one business day of payment, a project brief template arrives by email. It is specific to the service ordered. A conversion rewrite brief looks different from a video script brief. The template takes 15 to 25 minutes to complete and covers: audience, message, tone, objectives, objections, and proof points.

Research and preparation

After the brief is received, existing materials are reviewed and the relevant competitive landscape is scanned. For conversion rewrites, the existing page is audited and the audit shared. For video scripts, the platform algorithm context is reviewed. Writing starts from evidence, not assumption.

First draft delivered

The first draft arrives within the timeline confirmed in the brief. All timelines are in business days and start when the completed brief is received. Delivery is via shared Google Doc with commenting enabled. You can annotate directly before the revision round.

Revision and final delivery

One structured revision round is included. Revisions address accuracy to the brief: points the draft missed, information that was incomplete in the brief, structural adjustments. A direction change after reading the draft is a new project. Revision notes are returned within 2 business days. Final file delivered in your preferred format.

On revisions

One revision round addresses accuracy to the brief. It is not an opportunity to redirect the project. If you want a different audience, a different angle, or a different tone than what the brief specified, that is a new brief and potentially a new project. Revisions that address what the draft missed based on the agreed brief are handled within the included round.
